The staff truly made my visit special. Shannen, Andrew, and Ryan were exceptional when I requested to change my room. They quickly arranged for a quieter apartment, allowing me to enjoy my stay without the noise from the Boat Quai. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The apartment included a washer and dryer, which was handy. However, the studio single room felt tiny and cramped, with no windows, making it feel claustrophobic at times. I also struggled with the confusing shower system on my first day, resulting in a cold shower. Even though the facilities were there, the lack of a more open space made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

The kitchenette offers every appliance for a comfortable stay, and free Wi-Fi keeps you connected without a hitch.
The app for mobile check-in had a frustrating start. it timed out and required a selfie authentication that was cumbersome. Rooms can feel cramped, particularly for taller individuals, as the bed is squeezed between two walls, making movement restrictive. Power outlets are limited—had to unplug the desk lamp to charge my laptop, which is a hassle when you need to plug in multiple devices.
